  7. 7. Remove the cabbage leaves with a slotted spoon.
  8. 8. Let the cabbage leaves cool down.
  9. 9. Peel the onion.
  10. 10. Dice the onion into fine cubes.
  11. 11. Halve the bell pepper.
  12. 12. Remove the core from the bell pepper.
  13. 13. Wash the bell pepper.
  14. 14. Dice the bell pepper as well.
  15. 15. Clean the mushrooms.
