  6. 6. Dice the carrot and the celery finely.
  7. 7. Peel the onion.
  8. 8. Dice the onion finely.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the minced meat and the prepared vegetables in the hot oil.
  11. 11. Stir the tomato paste into the meat and vegetable mixture.
  12. 12. Pour in the broth.
  13. 13. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Drain the cooked potatoes.
  15. 15. Let the potatoes steam dry.
  16. 16. Press the potatoes through a potato ricer.
  17. 17. Stir the hot milk into the mashed potatoes.
