  1. 1. Peel the lower part of the asparagus stalks.
  2. 2. Cut off the woody ends of the stalks.
  3. 3. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  4. 4. Add 10 grams of butter and one teaspoon of sugar to the boiling water.
  5. 5. Cook the asparagus stalks in it for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the asparagus.
  7. 7. Rinse the asparagus briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  8. 8. Warm up soy sauce, pepper, and honey in a pan.
  9. 9. Stir flour, milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  10. 10. Stir the eggs into the batter.
  11. 11. Melt 5 grams of butter in a pan.
  12. 12. Fry the crêpes one after the other from the batter.
  13. 13. Fry each side of the crêpes for 2 minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Toss the asparagus stalks briefly in the soy sauce mixture.
  15. 15. Halve the finished crêpes.
  16. 16. Fill the crêpes with 6 to 8 asparagus stalks each.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the rolls with sesame seeds.
  18. 18. Serve the dish.
