🍽️ Bun with fried pepper and spinach

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls young leaf spinach
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 balls mozzarella (approx. 250 g)
- 4 sesame buns
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the tough stems and leaves from the spinach.
- 3. Spin the spinach dry.
- 4. Wash the bell peppers.
- 5. Halve the bell peppers.
- 6. Remove the inside of the bell peppers.
- 7. Remove the hard white inner skin of the bell peppers.
- 8. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
- 9. Peel the garlic.
- 10. Finely chop the garlic.
- 11. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 12. Fry the garlic and pepper strips for two to three minutes.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 14. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 15. Set the pan aside.
- 16. Peel the shallot.
- 17. Dice the shallot finely.
- 18. Take the remaining oil.
- 19. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 20. Mix the shallots with the oil and vinegar.
- 21. Taste the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 22. Add the spinach to the mixture.
- 23. Mix the spinach well with the dressing.
- 24. Slice the mozzarella.
- 25. Take half of the mozzarella slices.
- 26. Halve the buns.
- 27. Top the buns with the mozzarella slices.
- 28. Drizzle the bottom of the buns with honey.
- 29. Arrange the spinach with the pepper strips on the buns.
- 30. Place the remaining mozzarella on top.
- 31. Place the bun lids on.
- 32. Serve the dish.
