  2. 2. Remove the tough stems and leaves from the spinach.
  3. 3. Spin the spinach dry.
  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers.
  5. 5. Halve the bell peppers.
  6. 6. Remove the inside of the bell peppers.
  7. 7. Remove the hard white inner skin of the bell peppers.
  8. 8. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic.
  10. 10. Finely chop the garlic.
  11. 11. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  12. 12. Fry the garlic and pepper strips for two to three minutes.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Remove the pan from the heat.
  15. 15. Set the pan aside.
  16. 16. Peel the shallot.
  17. 17. Dice the shallot finely.
  18. 18. Take the remaining oil.
  19. 19. Add the balsamic vinegar.
  20. 20. Mix the shallots with the oil and vinegar.
  21. 21. Taste the mixture with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Add the spinach to the mixture.
  23. 23. Mix the spinach well with the dressing.
  24. 24. Slice the mozzarella.
  25. 25. Take half of the mozzarella slices.
  26. 26. Halve the buns.
  27. 27. Top the buns with the mozzarella slices.
  28. 28. Drizzle the bottom of the buns with honey.
  29. 29. Arrange the spinach with the pepper strips on the buns.
  30. 30. Place the remaining mozzarella on top.
  31. 31. Place the bun lids on.
  32. 32. Serve the dish.
