🍽️ Crunchy Sesame Balls

Ingredients
- 1 Lime (only zest)
- 200 g Butter
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 400 g Flour
- 50 g Sesame
Instructions
- 1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- 2. Shape small balls from the dough. Roll them in sesame seeds and chill them for another 30 minutes.
- 3. Bake the balls at 200 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes in the oven. Decorate them with candied ginger at the end.
