🍽️ Crispy Sesame Potatoes with Fresh Herb Quark Cream

Ingredients
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g sesame seeds
- salt
- pepper
- 350 g cream quark
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch chives
- 400 g mixed salad greens
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
- 3. Pour the olive oil onto a baking sheet and spread it around to grease the pan well.
- 4. Sprinkle half of the sesame seeds evenly over the greased baking sheet.
- 5. Place the potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- 6. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds over the potatoes.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Place the tray in the oven and bake the potatoes until crispy for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 10. Wash the radishes thoroughly and chop them finely.
- 11. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 12. Mix the quark, crème fraîche, chopped radishes, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a creamy herb mixture.
- 13. Wash the salad greens and shake them dry.
- 14. Whisk vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
- 15. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything lightly.
- 16. Serve the hot sesame potatoes alongside the herb quark cream and the fresh salad.
