🍽️ Crunchy Sesame and Cumin Bread

Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 0.5 tsp coarsely crushed cumin seeds
- 100 ml milk
- flour (for working)
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
- 2. Pour in 200 ml of lukewarm water.
- 3. Knead the mixture by hand or with a machine until a smooth dough forms.
- 4. Cover the bowl.
- 5. Let the dough rest in a warm place.
- 6. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
- 7. Knead the dough briefly one more time.
- 8. Shape the dough into a round loaf.
- 9. Let the loaf rise for another 40 minutes.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 11. Place the loaf into the preheated oven.
- 12. Bake the bread for about 45 minutes.
- 13. Take the bread out of the oven.
- 14. Place the bread on a wire cooling rack.
- 15. Let the bread cool down completely.
