🍽️ Crispy Shrimp with Sesame-Honey Glaze

Ingredients
- 10 g Ginger (1 piece)
- 600 g Tiger shrimp (deveined, peeled except for the tail fin)
- 2 tbsp Seed oil
- Salt
- 15 g Liquid honey (1 tbsp)
- 15 g Sesame (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger.
- 2. Slice the ginger into thin pieces.
- 3. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- 4. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 6. Add the shrimp and ginger to the hot pan.
- 7. Fry the ingredients over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 8. Turn the shrimp and ginger frequently so they cook evenly on all sides.
- 9. Lightly salt the shrimp.
- 10. Add the honey to the pan.
- 11. Toss the shrimp in the honey to coat them well.
- 12. Sprinkle the shrimp with sesame seeds.
