  2. 2. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and peel off the skin.
  3. 3. Cut the avocado halves into thin wedges.
  4. 4. Wash the pear and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Cut the pear in half and remove the core.
  6. 6. Cut the pear into thin wedges as well.
  7. 7. Squeeze the lime half to extract the juice.
  8. 8. Place the avocado and pear wedges into a bowl.
  9. 9. Drizzle the fruit with the lime juice and two tablespoons of oil.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  11. 11. Toss the wedges gently to avoid crushing them.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the salad.
  13. 13. Separate the egg by dividing the yolk from the white.
  14. 14. Rinse the chicken fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  15. 15. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
