🍽️ Crispy Sesame Chicken with Avocado Pear Salad

Ingredients
- 10 g Pine nuts (1 tbsp)
- 150 g small Avocado (1 small Avocado)
- 125 g small Pears (1 small Pear)
- 0.5 Lime
- 4 tsp Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Egg white
- 250 g Chicken breast fillet (2 Chicken breast fillets)
- 2 tbsp Sesame
Instructions
- 1. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant.
- 2. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and peel off the skin.
- 3. Cut the avocado halves into thin wedges.
- 4. Wash the pear and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Cut the pear in half and remove the core.
- 6. Cut the pear into thin wedges as well.
- 7. Squeeze the lime half to extract the juice.
- 8. Place the avocado and pear wedges into a bowl.
- 9. Drizzle the fruit with the lime juice and two tablespoons of oil.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 11. Toss the wedges gently to avoid crushing them.
- 12. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the salad.
- 13. Separate the egg by dividing the yolk from the white.
- 14. Rinse the chicken fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- 15. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- 16. Brush the fillets lightly with the egg white.
- 17. Coat the fillets in sesame seeds until they are fully covered.
- 18. Set aside the egg yolk for another use.
- 19. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan.
- 20. Fry the chicken fillets over medium-high heat.
- 21. Cook each fillet for about five minutes on each side until done.
- 22. Serve the chicken together with the prepared salad.
