🍽️ Crispy Sesam Wraps with Spinach and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 60 g flour
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 1 egg
- salt
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch chili peppers
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the sesame seeds in a bowl.
- 2. Add the egg and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Stir in up to 125 ml of water gradually until you have a liquid pancake batter.
- 4. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Adjust the consistency if needed with a little more flour or water.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes and remove the core.
- 7. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
- 8. Drain the mozzarella.
- 9. Dice the mozzarella roughly.
- 10. Wash the spinach and shake it dry.
- 11. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- 12. Cook two large pancakes from the batter one after the other.
- 13. Spread cream cheese onto the pancakes.
- 14. Place the spinach leaves on top.
- 15. Distribute the diced cheese and tomato strips.
- 16. Season everything with salt and pepper.
- 17. Fold in two sides of the wrap.
- 18. Roll the wrap up tightly.
- 19. Wrap the ends with parchment paper or a napkin.
- 20. Cut the wraps diagonally in half.
- 21. Sprinkle fresh sesame seeds and chili over them.
- 22. Serve the wraps immediately.
