  1. 1. Mix the flour with the sesame seeds in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the egg and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Stir in up to 125 ml of water gradually until you have a liquid pancake batter.
  4. 4. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Adjust the consistency if needed with a little more flour or water.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes and remove the core.
  7. 7. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
  8. 8. Drain the mozzarella.
  9. 9. Dice the mozzarella roughly.
  10. 10. Wash the spinach and shake it dry.
  11. 11. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
  12. 12. Cook two large pancakes from the batter one after the other.
  13. 13. Spread cream cheese onto the pancakes.
  14. 14. Place the spinach leaves on top.
  15. 15. Distribute the diced cheese and tomato strips.
  16. 16. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Fold in two sides of the wrap.
  18. 18. Roll the wrap up tightly.
  19. 19. Wrap the ends with parchment paper or a napkin.
  20. 20. Cut the wraps diagonally in half.
  21. 21. Sprinkle fresh sesame seeds and chili over them.
  22. 22. Serve the wraps immediately.
