  1. 1. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the turkey breast into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers and halve them.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell peppers.
  6. 6. Dice the deseeded bell peppers into small cubes.
  7. 7. Peel the onions.
  8. 8. Finely chop the onions.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic cloves.
  10. 10. Finely chop the garlic.
  11. 11. Heat the oil in a heavy pot.
  12. 12. Sear the meat over high heat.
  13. 13. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Add the onions, garlic, and pepper cubes to the pot.
  15. 15. Fry the vegetables for 1 more minute.
  16. 16. Sprinkle paprika powder over the mixture.
  17. 17. Add the rice to the pot.
  18. 18. Stir in the tomato paste.
  19. 19. Pour in the broth and the pizza tomatoes.
  20. 20. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  21. 21. Reduce the heat to medium.
  22. 22. Cover the pot.
  23. 23. Let the dish cook for 20 minutes.
  24. 24. Stir the dish several times during cooking.
  25. 25. Season the rice dish to taste with salt and pepper.
  26. 26. Serve the dish immediately.
