Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Roast Jus
- 100 ml Vegetable Broth
- 200 ml Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Mustard (hot)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Thickener (light)
Instructions
- 1. Add roast stock, cream, and vegetable broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir in the mustard and season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 2. Thicken the sauce with a little bit of thickening agent if desired, until it reaches your preferred consistency.
