Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 0.25 l vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Put the egg yolk, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon or whisk until they are well combined.
- 3. Drizzle the oil in slowly while stirring constantly until the sauce is creamy.
