🍽️ Crunchy Mustard Pickles

Ingredients
- 2 kg Pickling cucumber
- 250 ml Wine vinegar
- 30 g Salt
- 1 tsp Peppercorns
- 1 tsp Allspice berries
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumbers and remove the hard ends.
- 2. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise.
- 3. Pack the cucumber pieces tightly into the jars.
- 4. Mix the vinegar with about 200 milliliters of water, salt, spices, and sugar.
- 5. Bring the liquid to a boil.
- 6. Pour the hot liquid immediately over the cucumbers in the jars.
- 7. Make sure all cucumbers are completely covered with liquid.
- 8. Seal the jars tightly.
- 9. Store the jars in a cool place.
- 10. Let the cucumbers marinate for four to six weeks before eating.
