🍽️ Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp honey (30 g each)
- 2 tbsp medium-hot mustard (40 g each)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (45 ml each)
- 6 tbsp olive oil (60 ml each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Place the honey in a tall container that is deep enough for your immersion blender.
- 2. Pour about 75 milliliters of the broth into the container.
- 3. Add the mustard.
- 4. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 5. Add the oil to the container.
- 6. Blend the ingredients with the immersion blender until well combined.
- 7. Add the remaining broth gradually until you reach the desired thickness.
- 8. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Transfer the finished dressing into a small bowl.
- 10. Serve the dressing directly with the salad or store it in the refrigerator.
