Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- pepper
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots.
- 2. Finely chop the shallots.
- 3. Whisk vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- 4. Slowly beat the oil into the mixture while whisking.
- 5. Fold the chopped shallots into the dressing.
- 6. Finally, season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
