🍽️ Mustard Chicken Breast from the Microwave

Ingredients
- 250 g Crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 garlic clove (mashed)
- salt
- 0.5 tsp sage leaf
- 4 chicken breast fillets
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the crème fraîche, mustard, garlic, salt, and sage leaves together in a bowl.
- 2. Turn the chicken breast fillets in the mustard cream so they are fully coated. Cover the dish and cook the meat at 850 watts for about 4 minutes.
- 3. Reduce the power to 450 watts and cook the meat for another 12 minutes.
- 4. Turn the meat once during the cooking time and drizzle it with the remaining sauce.
