Ingredients
- 1 cup Crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cress (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Put the crème fraîche into a small bowl.
- 2. Add the mustard, the honey, and the whipping cream.
- 3. Stir the ingredients with a spoon or whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.
- 4. Season the dip with a pinch of salt and white pepper to your taste.
- 5. Transfer the finished dip into a serving bowl.
- 6. Sprinkle fresh cress over the surface.
- 7. Serve the dip immediately as a tasty side dish.
