🍽️ Homemade Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- heavy cream
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- cinnamon powder
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff and place it in the refrigerator.
- 2. Separate the eggs. Put the egg whites in a large bowl and keep them cold.
- 3. Put the egg yolks in a separate mixing bowl.
- 4. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
- 5. Add the vanilla seeds and the powdered sugar to the egg yolks.
- 6. Whisk the mixture over a pot of hot water with a whisk until thick and foamy.
- 7. Place the bowl in ice water and continue stirring to cool the mixture down quickly.
- 8. Gently fold the cold whipped cream into the cooled egg cream.
- 9. Whip the egg whites with the lemon juice until stiff.
- 10. Gently fold the egg whites into the ice cream mixture.
- 11. Fill the mixture into a shallow metal bowl.
- 12. Cover the bowl and let it freeze completely for at least 6 hours.
- 13. Take the ice cream out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
- 14. Remove the mixture from the mold and fill it into glasses.
- 15. Serve the dessert with a dollop of whipped cream, pistachios, and cinnamon as decoration.
