Ingredients
- 4 sour apples
- 500 g celeriac
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 150 ml buttermilk
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the apples.
- 3. Cut two thin slices from the apples and set them aside for garnish.
- 4. Cut the remaining apple into small pieces.
- 5. Peel the celery.
- 6. Cut the celery into pieces.
- 7. Save some celery greens for garnish.
- 8. Juice the celery pieces and the apple pieces.
- 9. Stir in the lemon juice and buttermilk.
- 10. Pour the juice into ice-cold glasses.
- 11. Garnish the drink with the apple slices and celery greens.
- 12. Serve the juice immediately.
