🍽️ Creamy Celery Puree

Ingredients
- 500 g celeriac
- 60 g butter
- 50 g whipping cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- nutmeg (freshly grated)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the celery and cut it into small pieces. Simmer the vegetables in a little salted water for about 25 minutes until they are soft and all the liquid has evaporated.
- 2. Add the cream and puree the mixture until very smooth. Stir in the butter and season with salt and pepper. Keep the puree warm and serve it with a pinch of ground nutmeg.
