  5. 5. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  6. 6. Peel the onion.
  7. 7. Cut the onion in half.
  8. 8. Cut the onion into fine strips.
  9. 9. Wash the celery stalks.
  10. 10. Let the celery drain.
  11. 11. Cut the thick celery stalks in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Cut all celery stalks into long pieces.
  13. 13. Peel the garlic.
  14. 14. Finely chop the garlic.
  15. 15. Wash the coriander.
  16. 16. Shake the coriander dry.
  17. 17. Chop the coriander.
  18. 18. Heat the oil in the wok.
  19. 19. Add the garlic to the wok.
  20. 20. Add the sesame seeds to the wok.
  21. 21. Fry the garlic and sesame seeds briefly.
  22. 22. Add the celery pieces to the wok.
  23. 23. Fry the celery for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring vigorously.
