🍽️ Wok Vegetables with Celery and Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 green bell peppers
- 750 g celery stalks
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Dayong spice mix (Chinese spice mix)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the stem and the inside of the peppers.
- 3. Cut the peppers in half.
- 4. Remove the white inner membranes and seeds.
- 5. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Cut the onion in half.
- 8. Cut the onion into fine strips.
- 9. Wash the celery stalks.
- 10. Let the celery drain.
- 11. Cut the thick celery stalks in half lengthwise.
- 12. Cut all celery stalks into long pieces.
- 13. Peel the garlic.
- 14. Finely chop the garlic.
- 15. Wash the coriander.
- 16. Shake the coriander dry.
- 17. Chop the coriander.
- 18. Heat the oil in the wok.
- 19. Add the garlic to the wok.
- 20. Add the sesame seeds to the wok.
- 21. Fry the garlic and sesame seeds briefly.
- 22. Add the celery pieces to the wok.
- 23. Fry the celery for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring vigorously.
- 24. Add the pepper strips to the wok.
- 25. Add the onion strips to the wok.
- 26. Continue frying everything while stirring for 2 minutes.
- 27. Season the vegetables with sugar.
- 28. Season the vegetables with soy sauce.
- 29. Season the vegetables with Dayong.
- 30. Add 2 tablespoons of water.
- 31. Fold in the coriander at the end.
