🍳 Crispy Celery Sticks with Creamy Tuna Dip

Ingredients
- 200 g tender celery (3 stalks)
- 3 spring onions
- 200 g tuna in its own juice
- 2 tbsp capers (jar)
- 0.5 lemon
- 100 g cream cheese (13 % fat)
- 5 tbsp yogurt (0,3 % fat)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp pink pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the celery thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough strings from the stalks.
- 3. Split the wide stalks in half lengthwise.
- 4. Cut all the stalks into pieces about 5 to 6 centimeters long.
- 5. Place the sticks in a bowl of cold water.
- 6. Let them sit there until you need them (for a maximum of 2 hours).
- 7. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
- 8. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
- 9. Drain the tuna fish and the capers in a sieve.
- 10. Add the tuna, the capers, and the spring onions to a bowl.
- 11. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice.
- 12. Stir cream cheese, yogurt, and one tablespoon of lemon juice in a small bowl.
- 13. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 14. Gently fold the cream cheese cream into the tuna mixture.
- 15. Taste the dip cream again and adjust the spices.
- 16. Sprinkle the cream with pink peppercorns for decoration.
- 17. Take the celery sticks out of the water.
- 18. Pat them dry well with a kitchen towel.
- 19. Serve the dry sticks together with the tuna cream for dipping.
