Ingredients
- 150 ml celery juice
- 1 tsp grated horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar)
- 300 ml whey
- pepper (from a grinder)
- 0.25 tsp coriander
- 1 celery stalk (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the celery juice with the buttermilk and the grated horseradish. Season the mixture with some black pepper and ground coriander.
- 2. Pour the drink into two tall glasses. Garnish each glass with a fresh celery stalk.
