  2. 2. Cut out the hard core at the bottom of the savoy cabbage.
  3. 3. Slice the light green leaves of the savoy cabbage into thin strips.
  4. 4. Wash the celery stalk under running water.
  5. 5. Remove the ends and any fibrous strings from the celery.
  6. 6. Cut the celery into small, bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut the apples into quarters.
  9. 9. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  10. 10. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
  11. 11. Immediately drizzle the apple cubes with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
  12. 12. Remove the rind from the cheese.
  13. 13. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  14. 14. Place the apple cubes, cheese cubes, and celery pieces into a large bowl.
  15. 15. Add the nuts and raisins to the bowl.
  16. 16. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  17. 17. Whisk together the Creme Fraiche and sour cream in a small container.
  18. 18. Season the cream mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  19. 19. Pour the seasoned cream mixture over the fruit and vegetable mixture.
  20. 20. Arrange the savoy cabbage strips on the serving plates.
