🍽️ Fresh Celery and Pear Juice

Ingredients
- 700 g ripe pears
- 300 g green grapes
- 2 stalks celery
- 20 g sugar
- 0.5 packet canning aid
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the pears into quarters.
- 3. Remove the core from the pears.
- 4. Cut the pear pieces into large chunks.
- 5. Wash the grapes.
- 6. Drain the grapes.
- 7. Halve the grapes.
- 8. Wash the celery stalks.
- 9. Remove the tough ends and leaves from the celery.
- 10. Cut the celery into large pieces.
- 11. Place all prepared ingredients into a large pot.
- 12. Pour 0.5 liters of water into the pot.
- 13. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 14. Mash the ingredients with a potato masher.
- 15. Simmer the mix over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- 16. Stretch a juice cloth between two chair legs.
- 17. Place the cooked fruit into the juice cloth.
- 18. Place a pot under the cloth to catch the juice.
- 19. Let the juice drip slowly.
- 20. Stir sugar into the strained juice.
- 21. Bring the sweetened juice to a boil once more.
- 22. Skim off the foam from the surface.
- 23. Fill the juice into jars using a jam filling aid.
- 24. Serve the juice neat or as a spritzer.
