🍽️ Crunchy Celery and Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 1 celery root
- 2 small Boskop apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 sprigs parsley
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the apple in half.
- 3. Remove the core from the apple halves.
- 4. Peel the celery.
- 5. Cut off any hard or fibery parts from the celery.
- 6. Grate the apple coarsely.
- 7. Grate the prepared celery coarsely as well.
- 8. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, and oil in a small bowl.
- 9. Pour the dressing over the grated celery and apple.
- 10. Gently toss the ingredients so everything is evenly coated.
- 11. Heat a pan without fat on the stove.
- 12. Add the almonds to the hot pan.
- 13. Toast the almonds until they are golden brown and fragrant.
- 14. Sprinkle the toasted almonds over the finished salad.
- 15. Finely pick the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 16. Sprinkle the fresh parsley leaves over the salad as well.
