  1. 1. Whisk quark, milk, oil, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix flour and baking powder.
  3. 3. Add the flour mixture to the quark-oil mixture.
  4. 4. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until smooth.
  5. 5. Wash the apples and dry them.
  6. 6. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  7. 7. Slice the apple flesh into thin slices.
  8. 8. Clean and wash the celery.
  9. 9. Slice the celery into thin slices as well.
  10. 10. Fry the celery slices in the remaining oil for about 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the apple slices and fry them briefly.
  12. 12. Let the vegetable-fruit mixture cool down slightly.
  13. 13. Whisk the remaining quark with the mustard.
  14. 14. Season the quark cream with salt.
  15. 15. Grate the cheese.
  16. 16. Divide the dough on a floured work surface into 4 portions.
  17. 17. Roll each portion into an oblong flatbread (approx. 25x15 cm).
  18. 18. Place 2 pizza flatbreads each on a sheet of baking paper the size of the baking tray.
  19. 19. Pull the baking paper sheet with the pizzas onto the tray.
  20. 20. Spread the quark cream over the pizzas.
  21. 21. Distribute the celery-apple mixture on top.
  22. 22. Place ham slices on top.
  23. 23. Halve the ham slices if necessary.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizzas.
  25. 25. Preheat the oven to 225 °C (convection: 200 °C, gas: level 3-4).
  26. 26. Bake the pizzas on the lowest rack for 15-20 minutes.
  27. 27. Wash the chives in the meantime.
  28. 28. Shake the chives dry.
  29. 29. Cut the chives into small rings.
  30. 30. Take the baked pizzas out of the oven.
  31. 31. Pull the pizzas off the tray along with the baking paper.
  32. 32. Place the baking paper sheet with the remaining pizzas on the tray.
  33. 33. Top the remaining pizzas like the first two.
  34. 34. Bake the remaining pizzas as well.
  35. 35. Sprinkle all pizzas with the chive rings.
