🍽️ Homemade Basil Walnut Pesto

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 4 tbsp walnut oil
- 30 g parmesan (1 piece)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the basil thoroughly and shake it dry. Gently pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it roughly. Put the basil, garlic, walnuts, and oil into a blender and puree everything into a smooth paste.
- 3. Grate the Parmesan finely and stir it into the pesto. Finally, season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
