Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 0.5 l white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp pimento
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Gently wash the raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place the berries, basil, and allspice berries into a clean bottle. Fill it with white wine vinegar and seal it tightly.
- 2. Let the bottle sit for at least 14 days. Then, strain the finished vinegar through a fine sieve into a clean bottle and store it.
