  1. 1. Carefully pick over the raspberries and remove any leaves or unripe berries.
  2. 2. Place the cleaned raspberries into a clean bottle.
  3. 3. Pour the vinegar over the berries until they are completely covered.
  4. 4. Let the mixture steep in a cool place for 12 days.
  5. 5. Set up a sieve and line it with a clean cloth.
  6. 6. Pour the vinegar and raspberry mixture through the cloth into a bowl.
  7. 7. Squeeze the raspberries firmly in the cloth to extract the remaining vinegar.
  8. 8. Fill the finished vinegar into a clean bottle.
  9. 9. Carefully wash and dry some fresh raspberries.
  10. 10. Add the fresh raspberries to the bottle with the vinegar.
  11. 11. Seal the bottle tightly and package it as a gift.
