🍽️ Homemade Raspberry Vinegar

Ingredients
- 300 g fresh raspberries
- 400 ml red wine vinegar (6% acid)
- 100 g fresh raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the raspberries and remove any leaves or unripe berries.
- 2. Place the cleaned raspberries into a clean bottle.
- 3. Pour the vinegar over the berries until they are completely covered.
- 4. Let the mixture steep in a cool place for 12 days.
- 5. Set up a sieve and line it with a clean cloth.
- 6. Pour the vinegar and raspberry mixture through the cloth into a bowl.
- 7. Squeeze the raspberries firmly in the cloth to extract the remaining vinegar.
- 8. Fill the finished vinegar into a clean bottle.
- 9. Carefully wash and dry some fresh raspberries.
- 10. Add the fresh raspberries to the bottle with the vinegar.
- 11. Seal the bottle tightly and package it as a gift.
