🍽️ Homemade Rosehip Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 kg rosehip
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tsp peppercorns
- 500 ml white wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rosehips thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the stems and flower remnants.
- 3. Cut each rosehip once lengthwise.
- 4. Rinse the rosemary under running water.
- 5. Place the rosehips, rosemary, and pepper into a clean, hot-rinsed bottle or jar.
- 6. Pour the vinegar over the ingredients.
- 7. Seal the container tightly.
- 8. Place the container in a warm and bright spot.
- 9. Let the vinegar infuse for four weeks.
- 10. Shake the container occasionally.
- 11. Strain the vinegar after four weeks.
- 12. Transfer the finished vinegar into clean bottles.
- 13. Store the vinegar in a cool and dark place.
