  3. 3. Cut each rosehip once lengthwise.
  4. 4. Rinse the rosemary under running water.
  5. 5. Place the rosehips, rosemary, and pepper into a clean, hot-rinsed bottle or jar.
  6. 6. Pour the vinegar over the ingredients.
  7. 7. Seal the container tightly.
  8. 8. Place the container in a warm and bright spot.
  9. 9. Let the vinegar infuse for four weeks.
  10. 10. Shake the container occasionally.
  11. 11. Strain the vinegar after four weeks.
  12. 12. Transfer the finished vinegar into clean bottles.
  13. 13. Store the vinegar in a cool and dark place.
