🍽️ Fresh Dandelion Lemonade from the Garden

Ingredients
- 1 handful dandelion flowers
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 l cold mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pluck the yellow petals off the dandelion flowers.
- 2. Place the petals into a sealable jar, such as a screw-top jar.
- 3. Squeeze the lemons.
- 4. Drizzle the lemon juice directly over the petals in the jar.
- 5. Seal the jar tightly.
- 6. Let the mixture steep for about two days to allow the flavors to infuse into the juice.
- 7. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve into a clean container.
- 8. Press out the remaining flavors from the petals in the sieve.
- 9. Stir the powdered sugar into the strained liquid.
- 10. Top up the lemonade with mineral water.
- 11. Serve the lemonade garnished with lemon twists, if desired.
