  2. 2. Place the petals into a sealable jar, such as a screw-top jar.
  3. 3. Squeeze the lemons.
  4. 4. Drizzle the lemon juice directly over the petals in the jar.
  5. 5. Seal the jar tightly.
  6. 6. Let the mixture steep for about two days to allow the flavors to infuse into the juice.
  7. 7. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve into a clean container.
  8. 8. Press out the remaining flavors from the petals in the sieve.
  9. 9. Stir the powdered sugar into the strained liquid.
  10. 10. Top up the lemonade with mineral water.
  11. 11. Serve the lemonade garnished with lemon twists, if desired.
