🍽️ Homemade Vanilla Liqueur

Ingredients
- 4 vanilla pods
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 ml water
- 500 ml brandy
Instructions
- 1. Slice the two vanilla pods lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the seeds from the pods.
- 3. Add the vanilla seeds, sugar, honey, and water to a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 5. Let the liquid simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- 7. Stir the brandy into the cooled vanilla liquid.
- 8. Pour the liqueur into clean bottles.
- 9. Place one whole vanilla pod into each bottle.
- 10. Seal the bottles tightly.
- 11. Store the liqueur in a cool place.
