  4. 4. Brush a pot with a little oil.
  5. 5. Pour the cream mixture into the prepared pot.
  6. 6. Cover the pot with aluminum foil.
  7. 7. Place the pot into a larger pot filled with hot, nearly boiling water.
  8. 8. Let the mixture set in the water bath for about 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the set egg mixture out onto a cutting board.
  10. 10. Slice the egg custard into slices.
  11. 11. Then cut the slices into diamond shapes.
