🍽️ Fig Sekt Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 fig
- 3 tbsp port wine (white)
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 200 ml sparkling wine (ice cold)
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fig under running water.
- 2. Cut the fig in half.
- 3. Dust the cut surfaces of the fig halves with powdered sugar.
- 4. Place the figs in a bowl with port wine.
- 5. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes to let the figs absorb the flavor.
- 6. Fill the drinking glasses with ice cubes.
- 7. Pour sparkling wine (light sparkling wine) into the glasses.
- 8. Take a marinated fig out of the refrigerator and place it on the rim of the glass or in the drink.
- 9. Drizzle the remaining port wine over the fig.
- 10. Serve the cocktail immediately.
