🍽️ Sparkling Lemon Granita

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 bottle dry sparkling wine (0,75 l)
- 1 tbsp mint
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 80 ml peppermint liqueur
- raspberries (for garnishing)

Instructions
- 1. Whisk powdered sugar with sparkling wine.
- 2. Add mint and lemon juice to the mixture and stir well.
- 3. Place the liquid in a shallow metal container in the freezer.
- 4. Stir the mixture thoroughly after one hour.
- 5. Repeat stirring every 30 minutes.
- 6. Continue until all the liquid is frozen.
- 7. Distribute liqueur onto chilled glasses.
- 8. Place the granita on top.
- 9. Garnish the dish with mint and raspberries.
- 10. Serve the granita.
