  1. 1. Cut the seitan into thin strips.
  2. 2. Mix the seitan strips in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  4. 4. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds and white inner membranes.
  5. 5. Cut the deseeded peppers into strips.
  6. 6. Trim and wash the radishes.
  7. 7. Halve the radishes.
  8. 8. Peel the onions.
  9. 9. Halve the onions and slice them into strips.
  10. 10. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  11. 11. Sauté the onion strips briefly.
  12. 12. Add the pepper strips and radishes to the pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the vegetables for about 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set them aside.
  15. 15. Fry the marinated seitan in the remaining oil, turning it until brown.
  16. 16. Fold the prepared vegetables into the seitan.
  17. 17. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the mixture.
  18. 18. Season everything with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  19. 19. Wash the tomato.
  20. 20. Remove the stem area of the tomato.
  21. 21. Halve the tomato and slice it.
  22. 22. Distribute the vegetable and seitan mixture onto plates.
  23. 23. Top the dish with the tomato slices.
  24. 24. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander.
