  1. 1. Clean, wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash and chop. Dice the mango flesh into small cubes as well.
  2. 2. Mix the spring onions, chili, mango, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar well together in a bowl. Roast the cashew nuts in a hot pan without fat at medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Carefully slide the silken tofu out of the package onto a plate. Top with the spring onion salsa and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
