🍽️ Crunchy Seaweed Pattern Cookies

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp water
- sesame seeds
- coarse sea salt
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- 1. Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl.
- 2. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
- 3. Roll the dough out very thinly on a floured surface.
- 4. Cut out round shapes with a small hole in the center.
- 5. Brush the cookies carefully with egg white.
- 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and coarse salt evenly over them.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 8. Place the cookies on a baking sheet.
- 9. Bake the cookies for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 10. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
