🍳 Crispy Scones with Yogurt

Ingredients
- 225 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 g crème fraîche
- strawberry jam
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 3. Add yogurt gradually and knead the dough until it holds together.
- 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 2 centimeters.
- 5. Cut out round shapes from the dough using cookie cutters.
- 6. Whisk the egg yolk and brush the scones with it.
- 7. Bake the scones in the hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Serve the warm scones with Creme Fraiche and strawberry jam.
