  2. 2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add yogurt gradually and knead the dough until it holds together.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 2 centimeters.
  5. 5. Cut out round shapes from the dough using cookie cutters.
  6. 6. Whisk the egg yolk and brush the scones with it.
  7. 7. Bake the scones in the hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Serve the warm scones with Creme Fraiche and strawberry jam.
