🍽️ Grilled Swordfish with Fresh Melon Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 slices swordfish (approx. 200 g each)
- lemons
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 400 g watermelon
- 0.5 cucumber (200 g)
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
- 2. Season the fish generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Peel the melon.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 5. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes.
- 6. Wash the cucumber.
- 7. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 8. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber with a small spoon.
- 9. Dice the cucumber finely.
- 10. Peel the shallots.
- 11. Chop the shallots very finely.
- 12. Peel the garlic.
- 13. Press the garlic.
- 14. Wash the basil.
- 15. Chop the basil finely.
- 16. Place the melon cubes in a bowl.
- 17. Add the cucumber cubes to the bowl.
- 18. Add the chopped shallots to the bowl.
- 19. Add the pressed garlic to the bowl.
- 20. Add the chopped basil to the bowl.
- 21. Add some lemon juice to the bowl.
- 22. Mix all ingredients in the bowl.
- 23. Season the melon mixture with salt and pepper.
- 24. Grill the swordfish.
- 25. Cook the fish for about 3 minutes on the first side.
- 26. Cook the fish for about 3 minutes on the second side.
- 27. Plate the grilled fish.
- 28. Top the fish with the melon mixture.
- 29. Serve the dish.
