  7. 7. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber with a small spoon.
  9. 9. Dice the cucumber finely.
  10. 10. Peel the shallots.
  11. 11. Chop the shallots very finely.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Press the garlic.
  14. 14. Wash the basil.
  15. 15. Chop the basil finely.
  16. 16. Place the melon cubes in a bowl.
  17. 17. Add the cucumber cubes to the bowl.
  18. 18. Add the chopped shallots to the bowl.
  19. 19. Add the pressed garlic to the bowl.
  20. 20. Add the chopped basil to the bowl.
