🍽️ Classic Swiss Meat Salad

Ingredients
- 300 g meat sausage
- 100 g Emmental cheese
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Remove the casing from the sausage and slice it into thin rounds.
- 2. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut it into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and slice them into fine rings.
- 4. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the core with the seeds.
- 5. Cut the deseeded bell pepper into long, thin strips.
- 6. Wash the cucumber and grate it finely using a grater.
- 7. Wash the chives and cut them into small rings.
- 8. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 9. Whisk the dressing ingredients vigorously with a fork.
- 10. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad.
- 11. Serve the salad alongside fresh bread and butter.
