  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms and wipe them with a damp kitchen cloth. Cut large mushrooms in half.
  3. 3. Peel the shallots and garlic cloves. Finely chop both.
  4. 4. Cut the bacon into strips. Fry them in the butter for 2 minutes until crispy.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley and chop it finely. Save a small portion for garnish.
  6. 6. Mix the mushrooms with the bacon, shallots, garlic, and chopped parsley.
  7. 7. Grease a baking dish. Add the mushroom mixture to it.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Pour cream and broth over the mushrooms.
  10. 10. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
