🍽️ Crispy Pork Schnitzel with Cumin Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pork schnitzels (approx. 140 g each)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 150 ml meat broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pork schnitzels under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat pieces completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Pound the meat flat with a meat mallet until it is thin.
- 4. Cut the schnitzels in half if desired.
- 5. Season the meat with salt and pepper to your liking.
- 6. Coat the schnitzels in flour so they are lightly covered.
- 7. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
- 8. Fry the schnitzels briefly on both sides in the hot oil.
- 9. Remove the fried schnitzels from the pan and set them aside.
- 10. Pour off most of the frying fat from the pan.
- 11. Add the coarsely crushed cumin to the pan drippings.
- 12. Sauté the cumin briefly until fragrant.
- 13. Deglaze the pan with meat broth.
- 14. Let the sauce simmer briefly until it thickens slightly.
- 15. Place the prepared schnitzels back into the sauce.
- 16. Let the meat cook in the sauce for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 17. Finally, season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 18. Stir cold butter into the finished sauce.
- 19. Serve the schnitzels immediately with the sauce.
