🍽️ Juicy Pork Chops with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- salt

- 1 kg potatoes
- 250 ml milk (or cream)
- 80 g butter
- salt

- nutmeg
- rosemary (for garnishing)

Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small cubes. Boil the pieces in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain the water and press the hot potatoes through a potato ricer.
- 2. Heat the milk (or cream) together with 80 grams of butter. Stir the warm mixture into the potatoes and beat it with a whisk until the texture is fluffy and light. Season the mash with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg, then keep it warm.
- 3. Brush the chops lightly with oil and season them generously with salt and pepper. Place the meat on the preheated grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Brush the steaks with oil repeatedly while grilling to keep them juicy.
- 4. Remove the chops from the grill and plate them. Serve with a portion of the warm mashed potatoes. Garnish the dish with fresh rosemary and thyme, then serve immediately.
