  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Peel the potatoes if you prefer.
  4. 4. Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
  5. 5. Toss the potato pieces with oil and salt.
  6. 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  7. 7. Spread the potatoes evenly on the tray.
  8. 8. Roast the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the potatoes occasionally to ensure even browning.
  10. 10. Wash the green beans.
  11. 11. Remove the stem ends and any tough strings.
  12. 12. Halve the beans if they are large.
  13. 13. Cook the beans in salted water for approx. 6 minutes until tender.
  14. 14. Drain the beans.
  15. 15. Toss the beans in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil just before serving.
  16. 16. Wash the pork chops.
  17. 17. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  18. 18. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Drizzle the meat with a little oil.
  20. 20. Grill the meat on both sides for approx. 10 minutes.
  21. 21. Serve the meat together with the potatoes and beans.
