🍽️ Crispy Fried Potatoes, Green Beans, and Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 800 g firm-boiling potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 500 g green beans
- olive oil
- 4 pork chops
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the potatoes if you prefer.
- 4. Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
- 5. Toss the potato pieces with oil and salt.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Spread the potatoes evenly on the tray.
- 8. Roast the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 9. Turn the potatoes occasionally to ensure even browning.
- 10. Wash the green beans.
- 11. Remove the stem ends and any tough strings.
- 12. Halve the beans if they are large.
- 13. Cook the beans in salted water for approx. 6 minutes until tender.
- 14. Drain the beans.
- 15. Toss the beans in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil just before serving.
- 16. Wash the pork chops.
- 17. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 18. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 19. Drizzle the meat with a little oil.
- 20. Grill the meat on both sides for approx. 10 minutes.
- 21. Serve the meat together with the potatoes and beans.
