  6. 6. Gradually increase the oil stream to a thin stream.
  7. 7. Add the lemon juice once the sauce is thick and creamy.
  8. 8. Season the aioli to taste.
  9. 9. Wash the arugula under running water.
  10. 10. Remove the tough stems from the arugula.
