  4. 4. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
  5. 5. Peel the onions.
  6. 6. Cut the onions into half rings.
  7. 7. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes briefly.
  8. 8. Remove the tomatoes from the hot water immediately.
  9. 9. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  11. 11. Remove the seeds from the tomato quarters.
  12. 12. Wash the chili peppers.
  13. 13. Rub the pork fillet with salt, pepper, and pressed garlic.
  14. 14. Heat half of the ghee in a casserole dish.
  15. 15. Sear the meat on all sides.
  16. 16. Remove the meat from the casserole dish.
  17. 17. Set the meat aside.
  18. 18. Heat the remaining ghee in the same casserole dish.
  19. 19. Sauté the onions and pepper strips briefly.
  20. 20. Add the tomatoes and sauté them briefly.
  21. 21. Season the vegetables with salt, paprika powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  22. 22. Return the pork fillet to the casserole dish.
  23. 23. Add the chili peppers.
  24. 24. Cover the casserole dish.
  25. 25. Simmer everything on low heat for about 25 minutes until tender.
  26. 26. Add a little water if necessary.
  27. 27. Slice the fillet.
  28. 28. Arrange the meat on top of the vegetables.
