  3. 3. Rinse the bean sprouts in a sieve under running water.
  4. 4. Let the water drain off the bean sprouts.
  5. 5. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  6. 6. Add the snow peas and bean sprouts to the boiling water.
  7. 7. Cook the vegetables for about 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Drain the vegetables.
  9. 9. Shock the vegetables immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  10. 10. Let the cooled vegetables drain again.
  11. 11. Clean the spring onions.
  12. 12. Wash the spring onions.
  13. 13. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  14. 14. Wash the bell peppers.
  15. 15. Remove the stem and the inside of the bell peppers.
  16. 16. Halve the bell peppers.
  17. 17. Remove all white inner membranes and seeds.
  18. 18. Cut the bell peppers into coarse cubes.
  19. 19. Slice the pork fillet into strips.
  20. 20. Pour the soy sauce into a small bowl.
  21. 21. Add the vegetable broth to the soy sauce.
  22. 22. Add the sesame oil to the bowl.
  23. 23. Add the chili sauce to the bowl.
  24. 24. Add the Sambal Oelek to the bowl.
  25. 25. Whisk the sauce ingredients together well.
  26. 26. Set the finished sauce aside.
  27. 27. Heat the oil in the wok.
  28. 28. Fry the ginger briefly in the hot oil.
  29. 29. Add the meat to the wok.
  30. 30. Fry the meat over high heat.
  31. 31. Turn the meat repeatedly so it cooks evenly.
  32. 32. Fry the meat vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes.
  33. 33. Remove the meat from the wok.
  34. 34. Set the meat aside.
  35. 35. Add the bell pepper cubes to the wok.
  36. 36. Add the snow peas to the wok.
  37. 37. Add the bean sprouts to the wok.
  38. 38. Fry the vegetables while stirring.
  39. 39. Fry the vegetables for 3 minutes.
  40. 40. Mix the meat with the vegetables in the wok.
  41. 41. Pour the set-aside sauce over the meat and vegetable mixture.
  42. 42. Cover the wok.
  43. 43. Let the dish cook for another 3 minutes.
  44. 44. Serve the dish in small bowls.
